On top of that, Microsoft is also adding new features that'll help you work smarter, not harder. For example, there's a new feature called "Opportunity Insights" that'll give you a better understanding of your customer's needs and help you close deals faster. Plus, there's a new "Lead Scoring" feature that'll help you prioritize your leads based on how likely they are to convert into a sale.
Overall, Dynamics 365 Sales will make your work easier, faster, and more efficient, and you'll close more deals than ever before. We hope you're as excited as our sales team!

Microsoft is also constantly adding new features and improvements, like "Customer Insights" and "Case Routing." These will give you valuable customer data and help you prioritize and route customer cases more effectively and efficiently.
The new release is designed to improve customer service operations, provide more comprehensive customer insights, and streamline case management efforts. You'll be able to create a better customer experience, improve productivity, and increase employee satisfaction.
Dynamics 365 Field Service updates
The first wave of 2023 Dynamics 365 Field Service features improved operations and customer service. With the new release, you can expect "Resource Scheduling Optimization" to improve field service resource scheduling. Microsoft also added "Remote Assist" which allows you to collaborate remotely with field service technicians.
Frontline workers need the best digital tools to engage with peers, the back office, and customers on-field. Empowering technicians and frontline workers to perform better service and achieve high first-time fix rates is a Field Service objective. 2023 release wave 1 includes several enhancements for the mobile app.
Field Service empowers users to smoothly navigate service processes with seamless workflows and experiences. Simplified workflows mean service managers can manage work orders even easier, and make sure frontline workers successfully meet customer requirements on time.
With Resource Scheduling Optimization, you'll optimize resources and make sure the right technicians are where they're needed. The Remote Assist feature will give you the ability to remotely help your technicians, reducing downtime and improving customer service.
Overall, the new release of Dynamics 365 Field Service is all about making your field service operations more efficient and effective.
Dynamics 365 Business Central Updates
The new release of Business Central in the first wave of 2023 comes with a lot of enhancements, particularly around inventory management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. One of our top experts, Mathieu, said: "I don't remember such an interesting wave! With so many super relevant and exciting new features, this update is definitely one to look out for!" 👀
One new feature is the ability to add existing table fields to optimize your pages, available in June. A game changer that'll help you save time by not having to recreate fields that already exist in other tables. Customers can reduce time and costs by adding table fields to a page, while developers focus on more complex requests.
As of April, Business Central will let you move company setup between locations, synchronize master data, and more. Use this feature if you want to move setup from one company to another in the same environment. It's also a data synchronization engine that keeps data updated after the move. We know a lot of you have asked for it in the past. We're glad to see it become a reality!
Business Central will also be able to drag-and-drop files from your computer's file system, saving time by avoiding a file picker. Business Central's enhancement boosts productivity, but it leads to wider file uploads in future releases.
Microsoft has added the ability for developers to help users by correcting issues immediately by choosing a corrective action from the Error dialog.
Microsoft improves Business Central's integration with Power Platform by offering features that ease users' starting and efficiency. In this release, Business Central users can set up approval workflows from within the app. Additionally, Microsoft will deliver sample apps to help all Power App makers get started faster with their Power App development. Business Central applications will also notify and trigger external systems from business events.
Users expect to self-learn and self-onboard more than before, so Microsoft is enriching standard tooltip to help self-learners understand how to use Business Central. Microsoft Teams combines business apps with productivity apps to drive smarter work and teams. That's why 2023 release wave 1 builds upon collaborative apps.
